Drain Cleaning
Slow, gurgling or backed-up drains and main lines, cleared and checked on camera.
Most Hanover Park homes are now 35 to 55 years old, and a lot of their plumbing is original. A yearly checkup shows you what's wearing out, so you can plan instead of react. Our office is on Greenbrook Boulevard.

A full look at:
Age, venting and relief valve.
Tested under load.
Valves that actually work.
Signs of roots or buildup.
Drips and running toilets.
More than 6 in 10 homes here were built between 1970 and 1989.
Water heaters, pumps, valves and sewer lines.
The 2007 storm showed why.
Know what's coming.
An honest report.
Every major part.
Fine, close or urgent.
You decide when.

In spring, test the sump pump and battery backup before storm season. In summer, check hoses on the washer and dishwasher for bulges or cracks. In fall, drain outdoor faucets and flush the water heater. In winter, keep an eye on pipes in the garage and near outside walls during cold snaps. A yearly visit from us covers the parts that are harder to check yourself, like the sewer line and gas connections.
A short written summary with each system marked as fine, worth watching or needing attention. We note the age of the water heater and pumps and flag anything near the end of its life. Recommended work comes with a flat price, and you decide when to do it.

"Thanks Christian for such a great maintenance! Flushing our water heater and going above and beyond rodding out our tub!"
"Christian at J Blanton did an amazing job during his maintenance visit. He arrived promptly and ready with all of his equipment and got right to work. He was very knowledgeable and even provided some valuable education about plumbing. Thank you Christian!"
"Christian and Julian stopped by for maintenance, my wife and I had been complaining about a running toilet for a few weeks. Christian changed out our flapper, and even tightened down the toilet bolts while he was at it, at no extra charge! I love having a plumbing company that doesn’t try to upsell on everything possible. Thank you Christian and Julian! [...]"
