Drain Cleaning
Slow, gurgling or backed-up drains and main lines, cleared and checked on camera.
Water pouring from a ceiling, a pipe that split overnight or a faucet that won't run in a cold snap. Shut off the water and call us. Our line is open 24/7. Our office is on Greenbrook Boulevard.

Do these first:
Usually near the water meter.
If it's safe.
To drain the lines.
Any time.
Look for:
In a cold snap:
While others do.
In a garage or crawl space.
Its line may be frozen.
Common weak spots in homes from the '70s and '80s:
Attached garages get very cold.
If not shut off and drained before winter.
Common under split-levels and additions.
Rooms half below grade often have pipes along cold outside walls.
Stop the water, fix the pipe, prevent the next one.
24/7.
Before the repair.
Before the next freeze.

In the fall, shut off and drain outdoor faucets from the inside valve, and disconnect garden hoses. Insulate pipes in the garage, crawl space and any outside walls you can reach. Seal gaps where cold air gets in near pipes. When a deep freeze is coming, keep the heat steady, even at night, and open cabinet doors on outside walls. If you're traveling, don't turn the heat down too far, and ask someone to check on the house.

"Andrew and Ty did a great job fixing and replacing some old natural gas pipe that had a recurring leak. Punctual, efficient, kept me informed, cleaned up well after. I highly recommend."
"GREAT WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"
"I had J. Blanton Plumbing come service a potential sewer line back-up and I was super impressed with the entire experience. My technician was Stephen Walen and he was fantastic. He scoped our entire line so we could see where our main line hooks up to off-shoots of our other pipes. He walked through all different short & long-term scenarios so we could make informed decisions."
