Drain Cleaning
Slow, gurgling or backed-up drains and main lines, cleared and checked on camera.
Buying a home, finishing the basement or tired of the same clog? A camera inspection shows exactly what's going on in your sewer line. We record it and walk you through it. Our office is on Greenbrook Boulevard.

Usually one of these:
A standard inspection skips the sewer.
Check before the floor is covered.
Find the cause.
See it yourself.
Lines that are 35 to 55 years old tend to show:
From mature yard trees.
Low spots where the pipe settled.
Sections out of line.
From age and shifting soil.
Patches from earlier owners that may not last.
You see what we see.
No digging.
Depth and distance.
And the video is yours.

We narrate the video as we go, but it helps to know what to look for. A clean line looks round and empty, with joints that line up. Roots look like hair or fine threads at a joint. Standing water that stretches a long way usually means a belly. A visible step at a joint means the pipe has shifted. Cracks show up as dark lines. We'll pause on each one, note the distance from the cleanout and tell you whether it needs action now, later or never.
An inspection through a clear, accessible cleanout is straightforward. A blocked line needs clearing first. With no cleanout, we may go through a toilet or vent. Locating a problem from the surface is part of the visit. We quote a flat price before we start.

"Scott B came out to do a full sewer scope and review options as we have a very old home with clay pipes. He was knowledge, professional, and extremely kind. He worked with us on pricing - very trustworthy and transparent! We've never had a bad experience with anyone from J. Blanton. Absolutely recommend!"
"Christian M came out to do our annual service and was super helpful and friendly. I got to see the inside of our sewer access with a big snake camera and he walked me through everything that he was seeing."
