Drain Cleaning
Slow, gurgling or backed-up drains and main lines, cleared and checked on camera.
When the same line clogs every few months, the pipe walls are still coated with grease or roots. Hydro jetting scours them clean. We camera the line first and give you a flat price. Our office is on Greenbrook Boulevard.

Hydro jetting clears a sewer line with a high-pressure water stream, fed through the same cleanout access point used for rodding. A specialized nozzle sprays water in every direction as it moves through the pipe, scouring grease, scale, and roots off the entire pipe wall instead of just cutting a path through the middle. It's the fix for buildup that keeps coming back after rodding, or for roots that have worked into the pipe joints. Rodding opens the line back up. Hydro jetting cleans it.
Jetting is the better choice when:
Buildup on the walls.
Layers a cable can't remove.
Jetting clears the whole pipe.
The pipe must be clean.
Pipe from the 1970s and '80s needs the right approach.
We check for cracks or sags before using pressure.
Adjusted to the material and condition.
Restaurants and shops along Barrington Road and Irving Park Road deal with grease.
A clean wall stays clear longer.
Inspect before pressure.
No jetting a broken pipe.
To the public sewer.
At the price you approved.

Think of rodding as cutting a doorway through a clog and jetting as cleaning the whole hallway. A rodding cable opens a path, but grease and fine roots stay stuck to the pipe walls and catch the next round of debris. A jetter sprays water at high pressure in every direction as it moves through the line, so the walls come out clean. That's why jetting usually costs more per visit but means fewer visits. We'll recommend whichever one your line actually needs.
