Drain Cleaning
Slow, gurgling or backed-up drains and main lines, cleared and checked on camera.
A disposal that hums, leaks or won't turn on. We repair, replace and install garbage disposals in Hanover Park homes. Our office is on Greenbrook Boulevard.

We fix disposals that:
A jam or failing motor.
A worn seal or cracked body.
A tripped reset or bad switch.
A clog past the unit.
A few common situations here.
Many disposals are past their 10-year life.
A clogged disposal backs up the dishwasher.
New sinks often mean a new disposal.
Repair if it's worth it.
Jam, motor, seal or drain.
Repair or replace.
No leaks.

Run cold water before, during and after grinding. Feed food in a little at a time instead of all at once. Keep grease, fibrous peels, pasta and rice out. They either coat the pipe or swell into a paste. Grind a few ice cubes once in a while to clean the chamber. Most disposals last about 8 to 12 years. When one starts leaking from the body, it's time for a new unit, not a repair.
A straight replacement is quick. Changes to the drain, a new outlet or a dishwasher connection can add time. If the kitchen drain is partly clogged, it should be cleared first. We check and quote one flat price.

"5/1/25 We've been working with J Blanton for 5+ years now and are very happy with our experience. Our most recent technician was Lawrence Wagner who did an excellent job helping us with a clogged kitchen sink. Fixing it and then recommending the best way for us to maintain it from clogging again. He was very efficient and explained everything well."
"Christian and Julian did a great job today on my maintenance visit! Even went above and beyond to rod my bathroom sink!! Thank you so much !!!"
"Andrew and Enrique were great! They identified the issues with my bathroom sinks quickly. Definitely would recommend!"
