Drain Cleaning
Clogged kitchen sinks, slow bathroom drains and backed-up basement floor drains.
A toilet that runs all night, leaks at the base or clogs every week. We repair it or replace it, whichever makes sense, and give you a flat price first. Our office is on Diversey Parkway.

We handle:
A flapper or fill valve.
A failed seal, sometimes reaching the unit below.
An older toilet or a line problem.
Loose bolts or a damaged flange.
In older buildings, the toilet often sits on an old flange over someone else's ceiling.
A failed wax seal can stain the ceiling downstairs.
Old flanges corrode, so the toilet won't stay tight.
Some drain to an ejector pump.
Repair or replace, explained.
Tank, bowl, seal and flange.
First.
Tight and sealed.

When a toilet leaks on an upper floor, the first sign is usually a stain on the neighbor's ceiling. A failed wax ring, a cracked tank or a loose supply connection can all cause it. We check each one, reset the toilet on a new seal and test it. If the flange is damaged, we repair it so the toilet stays tight. It's a quick fix that prevents a much bigger one.
Small repairs are quick. Resetting a toilet or replacing a corroded flange takes longer. Carrying a new toilet up several flights adds a little time. We check and quote a flat price.
