In a condo, the first step in a leak is knowing what you control. Most units have a shutoff for the unit, often in a kitchen or bathroom access panel or a utility closet. The building main is usually in the basement. Find both before you need them. If water is coming through your ceiling, the source is probably above you. Shut off what you can, tell the neighbor and building contact, and call us.
