Hydro Jetting in Lincoln Park, Chicago

When several kitchens and bathrooms share one old drain line, buildup comes back fast. Hydro jetting scours the pipe walls clean. We camera the line first and give you a flat price. Our office is on Diversey Parkway.

The Basics

What Is Hydro Jetting?

Hydro jetting clears a sewer line with a high-pressure water stream, fed through the same cleanout access point used for rodding. A specialized nozzle sprays water in every direction as it moves through the pipe, scouring grease, scale, and roots off the entire pipe wall instead of just cutting a path through the middle. It's the fix for buildup that keeps coming back after rodding, or for roots that have worked into the pipe joints. Rodding opens the line back up. Hydro jetting cleans it.

Local Knowledge

Why Jetting Works in Lincoln Park

Lincoln Park's older buildings put a lot of demand on century-old drain lines.

Shared Building Drains

In two-flats and condo buildings, the main line carries everyone's grease.

Cast Iron and Clay

We camera first and set the pressure for the pipe's condition.

Garden Unit Kitchens

A below-grade kitchen drains through the lowest part of the line, where grease settles first.

Stacks

Jetting Kitchen Stacks in Multi-Unit Buildings

In a building with stacked kitchens, grease from every unit runs down the same vertical pipe and into one horizontal line in the basement. That line is where grease cools, settles and builds up. Rodding opens it for a while, but the buildup stays. Jetting from a basement cleanout scours the line clean, and in many buildings we can also jet the stack from above to clear buildup higher up.

Hydro Jetting Reviews

4.7 stars from 425 Google reviews for our Lincoln Park office.

"He rodded out the kitchen sink drain piping and fixed the leaks... In the end he offered us an excellent maintenance plan, which will definitely save us money and headaches in the future."

"Jake Betke, his crew and his supervising manager Kyle Dooley did an exceptional job on our bundled plumbing projects this week. They worked really hard to get everything done on time and to do the difficult work well. I've had Jake help us in the past and this job was typical - expertly done plumbing and sewer work at a fair price."
