Drain Cleaning
Slow, gurgling or backed-up drains in kitchens, bathrooms and basements.
Your sewer line likely runs under a driveway, a patio or a fence you'd rather not rebuild. Trenchless repair fixes it from the inside through one or two small access points. Serving Tinley Park from our office on 185th Street.

Trenchless sewer repair, also called no-dig sewer repair, fixes a damaged pipe without digging a trench along its full length. Instead of opening up your yard from the house to the street, we work through one or two access points and repair the pipe from the inside or replace it in place. There are two main methods: cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and pipe bursting. Both fix the line underground, so what's above it stays untouched.
About 87% of Tinley Park homes are owner-occupied, and many owners have spent years on patios, landscaping and finished yards. A repair that skips the trench protects that work.
In many subdivisions, the sewer line runs under the driveway or a backyard patio. Lining or bursting the pipe in place leaves them alone.
Roots from mature trees get into loose joints and fittings. A liner seals every joint at once, so they can't get back in.
A liner follows the shape of the old pipe. If the line has a deep sag, we may recommend a spot repair for that section and lining for the rest.
Backups, slow drains, sewer odor, soft or unusually lush patches of grass, and gurgling drains are the most common signs of a damaged sewer line. Which repair method fits comes down to the type and extent of the damage.
| Situation | Trenchless Usually Works | Needs Traditional Excavation |
|---|---|---|
| Root intrusion cracking the pipe | Yes | Not typically |
| Corroded or aging clay, cast iron, or Orangeburg pipe | Yes | Not typically |
| Minor cracks or offset joints | Yes | Not typically |
| Slow drains or backups traced to pipe damage | Usually, after a camera inspection confirms it | Not typically |
| Fully collapsed section of pipe | Not typically | Yes |
| Severe belly (a low spot where the pipe has sunk) | Not typically | Yes |
| Major structural misalignment | Not typically | Yes |
Not sure which category applies to your line? A camera inspection shows exactly what's happening underground before any repair method gets recommended.
The camera decides which method fits your line.
We clean the pipe, pull in a resin-soaked liner and cure it in place. It hardens into a seamless new pipe inside the old one. Our trucks use light-cured lining, which sets faster than older steam or water methods.
If the old pipe is too damaged to line, a bursting head breaks it apart while pulling a new pipe in behind it. No trench along the line.
We record the line before we recommend a method and again when we finish. You get a flat rate before work starts.

In most cases, yes. We work through small access points planned around them.
In most cases, yes. We place one or two small access points after looking at your driveway, patio, fence and landscaping. If a section needs a spot dig, we'll tell you before we start.
A liner follows the old pipe, so a deep sag usually needs a spot repair first.
A liner takes the shape of the pipe it goes into, so it won't lift a sag. A shallow sag may be fine to line. A deep one is usually fixed with a spot repair, then the rest of the line can be lined. The camera shows how deep yours is.
It depends on length, method and access. You get a flat price first.
It depends on how much of the line needs work, lining or bursting, the number of access points and what the camera finds. Skipping the trench also means no driveway or patio to rebuild. You get a flat-rate price before any work begins.
