Drain Cleaning
Slow, gurgling or backed-up drains in kitchens, bathrooms and basements.
Hot water that keeps up with a busy family, and a heater on the wall instead of a tank on the floor. We install, repair and descale tankless water heaters, and we'll tell you honestly if tankless fits your home. From our office on 185th Street.

A tankless heater only heats water when a hot tap opens. Water passes through a heat exchanger, a gas burner or electric element heats it instantly, and it flows to the fixture. Because there's no tank to empty, the hot water doesn't run out mid-shower. The catch is sizing: the unit has to handle every hot tap you run at once, and it needs enough gas, the right venting or enough electrical capacity to do it.
Here's the honest comparison:
| Tank | Tankless | |
|---|---|---|
| Hot water | Runs out when the tank is empty | Keeps going, up to the unit's flow rate |
| Footprint | Takes floor space | Hangs on the wall |
| Lifespan | About 8 to 12 years | Often longer with descaling |
| Install | Usually a direct swap | May need a bigger gas line, new venting or electrical work |
| Upkeep | Yearly flush | Regular descaling |
We check your gas or electric service and venting before recommending either.
Tankless can be a good fit for Tinley Park families who keep running out of hot water. A few things decide whether it fits your house.
We size the unit for the busiest 20 minutes of your day, not the average hour.
A gas tankless unit can need much more gas than the old tank. Some homes need a larger line from the meter. See gas line installation.
With several nights a year at or below zero, incoming water is very cold in January. We size for that month so the unit keeps up.
A tankless install starts with a straight answer about whether it fits.

"Christian did a great job serving our tankless water heater!!"
"Alex came out to provide a quote for a tankless water heater I wanted installed. He explained everything in so much detail, about the electric upgrade I would need, about how the heater will actually work 'in real life' (not just on paper). Then it turned out my electric couldn't support the tankless. [...]"
"We had our water heater leak and Kyle from J Blanton came and installed a tankless system in only a few hours. It works amazing and he was very fast and thorough. Thanks for the great job Kyle."
