Hydro Jetting in Geneva, IL

When a line clogs again a few months after every rodding, the walls of the pipe are still coated. Hydro jetting cleans them back to bare pipe. We camera the line first and give you a flat price before we start. From our office on Campbell Street.

The Basics

What Is Hydro Jetting?

Hydro jetting clears a sewer line with a high-pressure water stream, fed through the same cleanout access point used for rodding. A specialized nozzle sprays water in every direction as it moves through the pipe, scouring grease, scale, and roots off the entire pipe wall instead of just cutting a path through the middle. It's the fix for buildup that keeps coming back after rodding, or for roots that have worked into the pipe joints. Rodding opens the line back up. Hydro jetting cleans it.

When It Makes Sense

When Geneva Homes Need Hydro Jetting

Jetting is the right call for:

Greasy Kitchen Lines

Grease from years of family cooking builds up in layers that a cable can't remove.

Roots That Keep Returning

Jetting clears the fine roots rodding leaves behind.

Scaled Cast Iron

Old cast iron gets its full diameter back.

Prep for a Liner

Every lining job starts with a jetted pipe.

Local Knowledge

Why Jetting Works on Geneva Lines

Geneva has some very old sewer lines alongside brand-new ones.

Historic Lines Near the River

Clay and cast iron under 19th-century homes collect roots and scale that a cable can't remove.

Remodeled Kitchens, Original Lines

A kitchen remodel rarely replaces the drain behind the wall. Decades of grease in that original line are a common jetting job.

Family Kitchens on the West Side

Twenty or thirty years of cooking grease in the same line adds up.

Camera Before and After

We confirm the pipe can handle the pressure and show you the result.
