Water Heaters
Repair and replacement for tank and tankless water heaters that leak, make noise or run out of hot water too fast.
Puddles that never seem to drain, a driveway that floods or a grate buried in leaves. We clean catch basins, repair broken ones and clear the pipes they drain into. From our office on Campbell Street.

A catch basin is a box in the ground with a grate on top. It collects rain from your yard, driveway or downspouts and sends it to a storm line. Its bottom sits below the outlet, so leaves and silt settle there. When the bottom fills, the outlet clogs and water stays on the surface.
Call when:
Hours after the rain stops.
Common on Geneva's tree-lined streets in the fall.
Soil washing into a cracked basin.
The basin can't take it.
Geneva's mature trees and older properties make catch basins work hard.
Old trees near downtown bury grates every autumn.
Older basins crack and shift over decades.
Grit and sand wash in every spring.
About 9 inches of rain fell on Geneva in two days in September 2008. A blocked basin turns that into standing water against the foundation.
The basin and the pipe behind it.
Silt and leaves removed.
Camera the pipe if water still won't drain.
Approved before any work.

"J Blanton came in in short notice to complete a job that needed to be done right away. The technician was thorough, answered all of my questions, and recommended some preventative steps we could take going forward. Job well done!"
"Unbelievable service and knowledge! Took the time to break down the issue and explain in a way where I felt comfortable moving forward. The work was done with no issues and they even filled me in on some work that would be needed in the future. All of this, and I only called to schedule two days before!"
"George came and solved our problems right away. They are a full service plumbing company. It was a relief to know that our problem would be solved. He’s also great with dogs."
