Sewer Repair
Tree roots, cracked pipe and repeat backups in the line from your house to the street.
Algonquin yards have years of landscaping, patios and sprinkler lines on top of the sewer. Trenchless repair fixes the pipe through small openings so most of that stays put. We camera the line first and give you a flat price. From our office on Esplanade Drive.

Trenchless sewer repair, also called no-dig sewer repair, fixes a damaged pipe without digging a trench along its full length. Instead of opening up your yard from the house to the street, we work through one or two access points and repair the pipe from the inside or replace it in place. There are two main methods: cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and pipe bursting. Both fix the line underground, so what's above it stays untouched.
In a neighborhood where yards are finished and well kept, keeping the trench small matters.
Many Algonquin lawns have sprinkler lines crossing the sewer path. Small access points mean far fewer broken heads and pipes.
Lines that run under hardscape can be lined in place.
Lining newer pipe when roots first show up seals every joint before the damage spreads.
A liner follows the pipe. If the camera shows a real sag, we fix that section first.
It comes down to what the camera shows in your line:
| If the Video Shows | We Usually Recommend | Because |
|---|---|---|
| Fine roots at a few joints in sound pipe | Cleaning now, lining if they keep returning | Small problems can be managed before they need a repair |
| Roots or cracks along much of the line | A cured-in-place liner | One seamless pipe with no joints for roots |
| A belly where the line settled | A spot repair at the low section | A liner can't lift a sag |
| Crushed or collapsed pipe | Pipe bursting or excavation | There's no open pipe left to line |
You see the footage behind every recommendation.
Trenchless starts with a clear picture of the line.
We clean the line so the camera sees the pipe wall, then record the whole run.
We locate sprinkler lines, beds and hardscape before choosing access points.
You approve a flat rate first and get video of the new pipe when we're done.

"The technicians and plumbers involved were prompt, friendly, courteous and explained everything with the sewer lining project. The sewer lines were cleaned, repaired, and inspected before the new lining was installed. I recommend them with no reservations!"
"We had a sewer liner installed yesterday by Mason Lanier & his crew from J. Blanton Plumbing. They were on time, worked efficiently & diligently to complete all the work in difficult weather conditions. We are very pleased to have this work completed & impressed with Mason & Co."
"The ENG team did an amazing job installing a liner on our sewer line. It was a very technical job that required a full days work, but they managed wonderfully despite the unexpected snow and inclement weather conditions. Just as important, they were very kind through the process. Thank you!!!"
Usually. We locate the lines before any opening.
Usually. We mark sprinkler lines before we dig the small access points and work around them.
Decades.
Liners are designed to last for decades, with no joints for roots to get through.
No. Collapsed lines and deep sags need other methods.
No. A fully collapsed line needs excavation, and a deep sag needs a spot repair first. The camera tells us which applies.
Often a day or two.
Many residential jobs take a day or two, depending on length and prep.
It depends on length, depth and method. The price comes first.
It depends on how much of the line needs work, the depth, the method and access. We quote a flat rate before we start.
