He rushed over here to perform emergency repairs in the middle of the night, and while en route gave me advice which prevented a significant amount of damage. Went out of his way to make sure things were buttoned up and permanently fixed. Great sense of humor. A calming presence amid quite a bit of chaos. read less

Blanton several times, and each time I've been both satisfied and impressed. I live in an older building with lots of weird issues, and Lou and Terry are two of the most knowledgeable, respectful, and patient guys with with whom I've worked. As old pipes and concrete crumbled in his hands, Lou's experience and knowledge limited the scope of the problem; moreover, he problem-solved a solution right on the spot that fixed the issue. He left it in much better condition than he found it. And again, I can't overstate how respectful and responsive each person at this business is. I hate when things go wrong with plumbing, but I will continue to trust Lou and Terry and the rest of J. Blanton when it does. read less
