Water Heaters
Repair and replacement for tank and tankless water heaters that leak, make noise or run out of hot water too fast.
A sewer line that needs replacing doesn't have to mean a trench through your lawn. We line or replace the pipe through small openings after a camera shows exactly what's wrong. From our office on West Elm Street, serving McHenry County.

Trenchless sewer repair, also called no-dig sewer repair, fixes a damaged pipe without digging a trench along its full length. Instead of opening up your yard from the house to the street, we work through one or two access points and repair the pipe from the inside or replace it in place. There are two main methods: cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and pipe bursting. Both fix the line underground, so what's above it stays untouched.
Trenchless repair makes the most sense in McHenry when digging would be messy, deep or wet.
High groundwater near the Fox River and the Chain O'Lakes can turn an open trench into a pumping job. Lining avoids most of that.
Many homes have patios, landscaping and long driveways over the sewer path. Small access points leave them in place.
When roots or age have opened joints along the whole line, a liner seals every one of them at once.
A liner follows the pipe, so a real sag is fixed with a small spot dig first. We'll tell you if that's your situation.
The camera footage decides:
| What the Camera Shows | Best Approach | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Cracks and open joints, pipe still round | Pipe lining | Seals the whole line from the inside |
| Pipe too damaged to line | Pipe bursting | New pipe pulled through the old path |
| One sag or broken section | Spot repair | Fixes the low point directly |
| Collapsed line | Excavation | Nothing left to line or burst |
We show you the footage behind every recommendation.
Good trenchless work starts with a good inspection.
We clear the line and record the damage and its distance from the house.
Openings placed to protect your yard, driveway and landscaping.
One price up front and a final video of the finished pipe.

"The technicians and plumbers involved were prompt, friendly, courteous and explained everything with the sewer lining project. The sewer lines were cleaned, repaired, and inspected before the new lining was installed. I recommend them with no reservations!"
"We had a sewer liner installed yesterday by Mason Lanier & his crew from J. Blanton Plumbing. They were on time, worked efficiently & diligently to complete all the work in difficult weather conditions. We are very pleased to have this work completed & impressed with Mason & Co."
"The ENG team did an amazing job installing a liner on our sewer line. It was a very technical job that required a full days work, but they managed wonderfully despite the unexpected snow and inclement weather conditions. Just as important, they were very kind through the process. Thank you!!!"
No. It follows the sag. The low spot needs a spot repair.
No. A liner takes the shape of the pipe it's in, so a sag stays a sag. We fix the low section with a small dig, and the rest can be lined if needed.
Decades.
Liners are designed to last for decades. Once cured, there are no joints for roots or groundwater to get through.
Very little. Usually one or two small openings.
