Yearly Service

What a Fireplace Service Visit Includes

Before the first cold night, we clean the burner and pilot assembly, check the thermocouple or thermopile, inspect the logs and their position, test the ignition and remote and leak-test every gas fitting. For direct-vent units, we check the glass seal and the vent cap outside. It's a short visit that prevents the most common winter service calls.

Pricing

What Affects the Price of Fireplace Service

A cleaning and safety check is the simplest visit. Replacing a thermocouple, igniter or valve costs more because of the part. Running a new gas line for a conversion depends on the distance from the existing pipe and the route. We diagnose first, then give you a flat price for what your fireplace actually needs.
